Tiger Woods is back in business before returning at Masters, and has shot a new commercial for Nike, it has been reported.

According to TMZ, the troubled golfer shot the commercial at the Isleworth Country Club golf course in Windermere, Florida, reports The New York Post.

According to the celeb site, Tiger was wearing his trademark black and red outfit  and with his Nike Golf Sale during the shoot.

Nike was one of the few sponsors to stand by Woods during his infidelity scandal.

Other big sponsors such as Accenture and AT&T dropped him following the expose.

In about 5 months, Woods is to hold his first press conference at 2 p.m. on Monday, April 5, according to a tentative interview schedule that Augusta National released Wednesday.

It will be his first press conference in nearly five months, and his first time facing a room full of reporters since he crashed his SUV into a tree on Nov. 27.

The Masters only recently began conducting a press conference on Monday of tournament week, usually a player with only moderate news interest because most of the media isn’t there yet.

Woods is the only player scheduled for an interview that day. Given the sensational nature of his downfall, what he says could trump the NCAA basketball championship game held later that night.

Arnold Palmer, one of the most popular players in golf history, suggested that Woods be more open with reporters.

“It’s up to him to do and say whatever he feels he needs to do to redeem the situation, put it in the proper place,” Palmer said. ” … I suppose the best thing he could do would be open up and just let you guys shoot at him. And that’s just my thought.”

The last time Woods held a press conference was Nov. 15 after he won the JBWere Masters in Melbourne, Australia, for his 82nd career victory. His middle-of-the-night accident occurred 12 days later.

Woods typically has his press conference at the majors on Tuesday.

Following the day of Woods’ press conference are Phil Mickelson, Geoff Ogilvy and Jack Nicklaus who are going to speak.

Cheating Affairs can destroy a relationship. Ironically, they can also make them better. That’s not to suggest that you should have an affair to find happiness in your relationship. What I’m saying is that 82% of relationships traumatized by an affair actually get past the affair, and live happier than they did prior to the infidelity.

How can this be? It seems that no one in their right mind would consider even staying in a relationship after they find out they have been cheated on. If you ask people what they would do, the predominant answer you will get is that they would leave. But that is prior to it actually happening. Of those who have actually been cheated on, most decide to stay in the relationship. They stay because they recognize that there are other problems in the relationship that have caused their partner to stray. They are not meeting the needs of their partner.

Only when you are fully able to understand the needs of your partner are you able to save your relationship from infidelity. The way to fight of infidelity, then, is to understand your partner. To do that, you have to understand some of the basics.

People, in general, have basic needs that need to be fulfilled. When these needs are not being met, they will seek areas for them to be met. In the case of an intimate relationship, this can mean cheating. Once you understand the basic needs, you can use them to help satisfy your partner’s needs, and also dive deeper into what specifically your partner needs to feel satisfied.

Many people enter a relationship wondering what they will get, rather than what they can give. When you enter a relationship wondering what you can give, you will get what you want in return. Zig Ziglar, the great motivational speaker says, “You can have everything in life you want, if you just help enough other people get what they want.” This can be applied to your intimate relationship as well.

When you are able to give you partner what they want, they will work just as hard to make sure that you are happy. They will make you feel like you are the most important person in their life!

The basic needs that need to be satisfied are simple, you just have to understand them to satisfy. Everyone has the need for Certainty, Uncertainty, Significance, Love and Connection, Growth and Contribution. When you can figure out how to master these needs and apply them to your relationship, you can create the path to bliss, and protect your marriage from infidelity.

Certainty is what you need to make you feel comfortable. What makes you comfortable? What makes your partner comfortable? Most people, for instance, are certain that their children will love them forever, but fear their spouse could leave at any time.

Uncertainty is variety. Variety is the spice of life, right? We need variety and uncertainty to keep us energized and challenged. Without variety, we fall into a routine, a trap of boredom. We need to learn to embrace variety and the uncertain. Many people think they like surprises, but really they only like the surprises they want. They refer to the unwanted surprises as problems!

Significance is how important you feel. We all have a need to feel valued and respected. Many times, couples grow distant because a spouse is spending too much time doing something else, like working. When this happens, it can be because the working spouse feels significance at work, and at home they are not appreciated. Keep this in mind, and make your partner number one!

Love and Connection is something we all strive for. Whether you are single or committed, we seek out love and connection. Often times we have the connection, but we don’t have that love. And when we have the love, it isn’t coming from our partner.

Growth may be one of the most important needs. You have to grow to stay alive. Your relationship is like a plant; if you don’t water it and give it sunlight, it won’t grow. When it doesn’t grow, it dies. You have to strive to grow your relationship. Evolve with your partner and keep the relationship energized and lively.

Contribution is also a very significant need. Evolution has proven that when something doesn’t contribute, it is eliminated. People have the need to contribute and give to others. Accept the contributions and share with your partner what you have to give.

As you can see, many of these needs are very closely related. When you can satisfy at least 3 of these needs with one action, you will become addicted to that action. That addiction will grow with each need you can add.

Once you understand the 6 Human Needs, develop those needs and learn what your partner wants specifically. Ask your partner what elicits emotion and what emotions they feel when you say something, do something, or what name you call them. You will be shocked at what you learn.

Following these tips are essential to success in any relationship, especially an intimate one. When you feel the pure joy and euphoria from a loving partner, you can easily satisfy all 6 of the Human Needs, and you will get addicted to that euphoric feeling!

The single life was a golden era to many spouses. The relationships and sex were the stuff of legend. They enjoyed the time but decided to give it all up because they wanted to marry that special someone that came into their lives.

Others may not have had it like that when they were single. Now that they are married to still daydream on what might have been. No matter which group a cheating spouse falls into there is one thing they both have in common. They want more.

Another one is their marriage was nothing more than a smoke screen. They have love for their spouse but never had any intention of giving up the game. Marriage gave them the stability and home life they were looking for. As far as they are concerned it’s the single life with better benefits.

Emotional cheating/infidelity can be at times even more traumatic & hurtful than actual physical indiscretions. Are Virtual Worlds A Hotbed for Infidelity?

It seems as though every single time a virtual world is mentioned in the popular media it is discussed in a sensational and negative manner.  We are all familiar with stories of children neglected as a result of an addiction to online activities, and we have seen many examples of marriages which have ended as a result of Online Infidelity.

Second Life has this reputation.  It’s a place to go to if you want to be unfaithful.  But how fair is that assumption?

The reality is that people need no excuse to be unfaithful.  Go to any bar on a friday night and if you are a seasoned observationalist, you will be able to pick out the married men and women looking for some extra marital company for a night or two.

Visit any popular dating website such as www.plentyoffish.com or OKCupid! and you will find many people who openly admit that they are married (although they may choose to hide their identity with fake name and photograph).  There are many people on dating websites who are just “looking for friendships” as though a married man with three children seeking a female for friendship isn’t, to say the least, somewhat obvious and revealing.

Second Life (or other virtual world for that matter) is no different than any social networking platform.  Infidelity happens quite frequently due to Facebook, yet Facebook seems to have escaped the fallout and negative reputation that Second Life has earned.

Mark Keenan, Managing Director of Divorce-Online said “The most common reason seemed to be people having inappropriate sexual chats with people they were not supposed to” and was cited as saying 20% of his divorce petitions mentioned the social platform as a cause.

Virtual worlds allow for the exact same access and simply offer a three dimensional interaction between people.  Whereas on Facebook you are limited to chatting and exchanging pictures, in a virtual world you have the ability to “emote” or use animations to simulate physical interactions such as hugging, kissing and sexual intercourse.  This does not make for more of an opportunity to be unfaithful but certainly does make the experience far more realistic.

And perhaps it is the realism that begins to lead to problems for certain types of individuals who are unable to differentiate between a fantasy environment and the “real world”.  That said there are many people who engage in virtual world communities who present themselves exactly as they would in their offline lives.  Second Life for some is simply a great place to meet interesting people from around the world.  It is not a place to “escape” or create an unrealistic fantasy.  It is simply another convenient social conduit.

Do virtual worlds such as Second Life afford more opportunity for infidelity?  No.  But as the “new kid on the block” in terms of emerging technology it is the most misunderstood online social platform and subject to sensational reporting simply because it is new and in its infancy.  People fear what they do not understand.

And as for the argument that “Second Life made me do it”, in my experience people who are unfaithful need no encouragement to engage extramaritally. If not Second Life, then Facebook.

Thankfully Twitter limits its characters making cybersex virtually impossible, or we would have an epidemic there too.

You might have every reason to suspect that your spouse is cheating; are they always late back from work, making regular out-of-town business trips, staying out late with friends, or just behaving stranger than normal? All these things might be a sign that they are cheating, but equally they could be genuine excuses and maybe you are just being slightly paranoid. It happens to all of us at some stage.

In days gone by you could either follow your spouse yourself to see what they are up to, or you could get yourself a private detective who would follow them for you, but after that, your options were fairly limited as to what you could do. Today things are different, modern technology makes tracking your cheating spouse a much simpler undertaking, and much more affordable than the private eye option.

GPS tracking systems start from as little as $100 or so, but for that you will only get a system that will allow you to find out where your spouse has been after the event. This type of system is a small card like device that is simple to use, you just retrieve the device from their car and download the data from it to your computer, but it’s not much use if your plan is to ‘catch them in the act’ and confront them with their dirty deeds.

Alternatively you could fit an active ‘real time’ Covert GPS device in to their vehicle which would allow you to know exactly where your spouse is at any time day or night. This system does make it possible for you to catch your partner in the act and confront them, but they can be expensive to buy and many of them require that you pay a monthly subscription to access your data. For that reason, this type of system is more suited to businesses that want to track their fleet cars and their employees; the cost here prohibits its use for tracking spouses for the majority of people.

There is a middle way though. A device called Flexispy can be installed covertly on your partners cell phone and combines a GPS location tracker (if the cell phone has GPS capabilities and many newer phones do), a phone listening feature, a feature to capture SMS and text messages, and a caller ID capture system.

What this device does is actually quite scary; one feature called Spycall actually lets you send a covert message to the phone which then switches the phone to microphone mode. You will then be able to listen in to anything and everything that is said or done within earshot of the phone, whether the phone is in a car, meeting room, or hotel bedroom!
